Present during intercourse


The Barelwis have gone so far in proving their belief of hadir and nazir, that instead of praising our Prophet (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam), they have in actual fact degraded him. Mawlana Ucharwi, one of the Barelwi scholars famous for their debates against “deviant” groups, stated in his discussion of Hadir and Nazir that the Prophet is even a witness when a couple is indulging in sexual intercourse! We seek refuge from such evil beliefs. He states on page 279 of his book Miqyas-e Hanafiyyat in his own debating style with his made up Wahhabi character:

Wahhabi:
Is the Prophet (Allah bless him and give him peace) also present and seeing in dirty places?What kind of filthy belief is this of you? And is the Prophet (peace be upon him) also present and seeing during the moment of sexual intercourse?

Muhammad ‘Umar:
Do you not deem Allah present at those dirty places and not Hearing and Seeing?
Even though His presence, it is unbelief and an insult to ascribe such dirty places to Allah, because He dislikes such places. Likewise, the Prophet is present and seeing and knows about it. And his testimony [shahadat] of such places is necessary.”

Now ask yourself the question. Are the Barelwis praising the Prophet or degrading him by ascribing to him such kind of “fada’il”?

    AlIama Haskfi رضی اللہ تعالٰی عنہwrites يا حاضر يا ناظر ليس يكفر
    “To say, “0 Haazir, 0 Naazir,’ is not infidelity (kufr).” Durre-Mukhtaar, Vol 3. Baabul-Murtad

    Can you please respond the above quote? Ahmad Yaar also quoted

    It is mentioned in Radd al Mukhtar
    وَالْإِنْصَافُ مَا ذَكَرَهُ الْإِمَامُ النَّسَفِيُّ حِينَ سُئِلَ عَمَّا يُحْكَى أَنَّ الْكَعْبَةَ كَانَتْ تَزُورُ أَحَدًا مِنْ الْأَوْلِيَاءِ هَلْ يَجُوزُ الْقَوْلُ بِهِ فَقَالَ نَقْضُ الْعَادَةِ عَلَى سَبِيلِ الْكَرَامَةِ لِأَهْلِ الْوِلَايَةِ جَائِزٌ عِنْدَ أَهْلِ السُّنَّةِ
    “The just statement about this is what Imaam Nasafi رضی اللہ تعالٰی عنہ has said. He was asked, “Is it allowed to say that the Kaaba went to visit one SaintT” He answered, “The AhIe-Sunnah wal-Jamaat believe miracles (karaamats) by the Saints that defy normality to be correct(end)

    So brelvis say when hanafi fatawa says that it is not kufr then who are you to say this? GF Haddad said

    “The next step is to verify the main reference-books in the Hanafi madhhab in our time, which is not the Qadi Khan nor the Fatawa Bazzaziyya nor `Umdat al-Qari nor Sharh al-Fiqh al-Akbar nor the Musayara [the last three are not even books of Hanafi fiqh] nor the other, more minor works quoted, but the Hidaya of al-Haskafi and the Hashiya of Ibn `Abidin where he says: [3:27-28=2:283-284]:

    “The compiler said in the Tatarkhaniyya and the Hujja: ‘It was mentioned in al-Multaqat that the person [who says that] does not commit kufr, because things are shown to the soul of the Prophet….(end)

    He denied all the books of fatawa because they denied the aqeedah of Hazir Nazir. How can we respond to these quotes mentioned in Radd al-Mukhtar
